Family Empowerment for Change, Growth, and Social Development, is a not-for-profit organization that aims to empower women, girls, and children vulnerable violence , exploitation and abuse by providing relevant support, social services, education, and justice. Family Empowerment for Change, Growth, and Social Development (FECGSD) is a transformative not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering women, girls, and children who are particularly vulnerable to violence, exploitation, and abuse. Through a multifaceted approach, FECGSD strives to break the cycle of marginalization and create a more equitable society.
At the core of FECGSD's mission is the belief that empowerment begins within the family unit. What We Do

The company’s object is to pursue the following charitable purpose(s):
  • To initiate various charitable programs and projects aimed at achieving economic and social independence by families.
  • To educate families on issues of domestic and family violence
  • To educate families on issues of gender-based violence, and violence against women and children in the community.
  • To promote legal representation for survivors of domestic and family violence.
  • To promote quality education for every member of the family for sustainable development.
  • To provide families with the tools necessary for the identification of cases of domestic and family violence and how to handle them within the family unit.
  • To strengthen community response to family violence including prevention and targeted response for a sustainable family violence service.
  • To protect, empower, and support families to promote safer, happier, and healthier relationships, families, and communities.
  • To promote opportunities for our service users to become economically Independent creating a sustainable future.
  • To promote access to justice, equality, and human rights.
